Gas Meter Box

Composite gas meter boxes are specialized devices providing all-weather protection for outdoor, centrally installed gas meters and pipelines. They are made of SMC sheet molding compound, molded under high temperature and pressure, with unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix and glass fiber as the reinforcing material. They possess excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation, flame retardancy, and waterproof sealing, effectively overcoming the problems of traditional metal meter boxes, such as easy corrosion, short lifespan, poor insulation, and high cost.
