Our core material is high-quality SMC (Sheet Molding Compound). Through high-temperature compression molding, we produce various composite products including manhole covers and water grates, which feature high strength, excellent toughness, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and superior insulation.
Made from BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) via high-temperature and high-pressure one-shot molding, these products have a built-in steel reinforcement frame for enhanced structural integrity. They are resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, and have no scrap value to prevent theft. With anti-fall safety design and long service life, they are a reliable choice for municipal, power, and communication applications.
Optimized resin and fiber formulations enable the products to withstand harsh environments such as acids, alkalis, salt spray, and chemical media. Ideal for chemical, marine, and environmental protection projects, they deliver a longer service life than traditional manhole covers and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
With reliable specific strength and modulus, the products weigh only about 1/3 of traditional metal manhole covers. They meet load-bearing and impact resistance requirements while significantly reducing transportation and installation difficulty, improving construction efficiency.
The composite materials themselves offer excellent electrical and thermal insulation. We can enhance insulation levels and thermal effects based on demand, making them suitable for power, rail transit, and high/low-temperature scenarios, and eliminating safety risks such as electric leakage and heat transfer.
A key advantage is the ability to flexibly adjust material formulations, product shapes, dimensions, and surface textures according to scenario needs. This enables customized performance, structure, and aesthetics, balancing functionality with scene suitability.
